Creation of a transactional analysis for the Schloss- und Waldhotel Friedrichsruhe

Solution

In a first analysis, a comparative analysis was carried out with selected hotel properties as “comparison properties”. These hotels classify themselves as luxury establishments that focus on SPA/wellness, golf and smaller conferences in their conception and represent comparative properties to the Wald- und Schlosshotel Friedrichsruhe in their design.
