Overview

The Aiden by Best Western in Biberach requested complete operational and administrative consulting and process optimisation.

Solution

The hotel was supported operationally and on an interim basis within the framework of asset management. In cooperation with Prof. Dr. Christian Buer, processes and the hotel infrastructure were optimised, the purchasing system and payroll accounting were digitalised and sales and distribution were revised.

Implementation

Currently, all projects and cooperation are completed.
